Welcome to the neighborhood.

We are making it easy! Moving is stressful enough; utilities should not be.  1, 2, 3 and we’ll do the rest.

  1. Complete the Service Request form. Continue online or bring into the office.
  2. Documents required. All documents can be uploaded through the Service Request form or brought into the office.
    • Personal identification – state ID or passport
    • Property ownership documentation – Deed or lease/rental agreement
  1. Deposit and possible additional fees – consult Customer Service. 832-771-4246.  Fees are payable online or postal once an account is established.  A consultant will be in contact.
